Returns & Exchanges From

Return & Exchange Policy:  We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of your order date from BUGASALT.COM.  After we receive the returned goods, refunds will be made in the original form of payment (no exceptions to this rule).  Product turned in for an exchange must be returned unopened & unused.  A return shipping label will be provided upon request, and a return shipping fee may be deducted from your total refund amount. 

If you are having issues with operating your unit, we can either help you fix your unit and/or you can fill out a warranty form (Click here for Warranty Form). 

If you purchased a BUG-A-SALT or BUG-BEAM from one of our retail partners, you should contact them directly for a refund and/or exchange. 

Also, if you have unboxed the product, are unhappy, and willing to return it to us - we will do our best to refund your money.  However, we can’t promise this will be possible if you are outside the 45 day limit, as our credit card processing has a time limit on refunds. 

Please note we CAN NOT offer anyone a refund via check (absolutely no exceptions to this rule).
