WARRANTY POLICY:  BUG-A-SALT offers a comprehensive 90 DAY WARRANTY policy against manufacturer’s defects on all of our BUG-A-SALT 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 models and Bug-Beams.  LIMITED WARRANTY against manufacturer’s defects will be awarded on a case by case basis (for up to 1 year after purchase date). The warranty policy and limited warranty policy are ONLY valid for customers who have purchased an authentic BUG-A-SALT from an authorized retailer, or accredited independent re-seller, in the Continental United States.   Once you fill out the form, depending on the issue, we may ask you to try and perform some quick fixes and/or help you trouble shoot.   Please note, some customers will be required to return merchandise to BUG-A-SALT in order to process their warranty claim (BUG-A-SALT to provide a free shipping label). 

On models older than 1 year, wear & tear are not considered to be manufacturing issues, and thus are not covered. Weather and environmental damage are also not covered. Warranty will be void if the product has been dis-assembled or taken apart.  If you ignored the instructions to only use granulated table salt, and put dirt or sand in your BUG-A-SALT, the warranty will be rendered null & void.
