  • CO2-powered SHRED-ER was engineered for large game hunting: Carpenter Bees, Centipedes, Cicadas, Locusts, Potato Beetles, Tomato Worms, Scorpions, Spotted Lantern Flies (adult), Squash Bugs, Joro Spiders, June Beetles, Murder Hornets, Boxelder Bugs, American Roaches (large-giant), and Palmetto Bugs.


  • SHRED-ER & BUG-A-SALT Blasters work great on annoying soft-bodied insect pests: Houseflies, Flesh Flies, Horse Flies, Deer Flies, Black Widow Spiders, Mosquitoes, Crickets, Stink Bugs, Gypsy Moth Caterpillars, Earwigs, Spotted Lantern Fly Nymphs, Spotted Lantern Flies (small-medium), Silverfish, Roaches (small-large), Sweater Moths, and Cabbage Worms. Many customers claim victory against Paper Wasps and Yellow Jackets. However, we must warn you to proceed with caution as stinging insects may retaliate.     Easiest way to kill joro spiders!

    We have tried so many things to try to kill the countless joro spiders we have around the exterior of our house, and the Shred-er is the easiest and most fun way to get rid of them. My 13 year old son had the best time doing it, too! Our pest control person said the joros are resistant to what they use and recommended I get this salt gun.

    I haven't had a chance to try it out on big game yet, but on the smaller game it's awesome. In the car it works great. Some of the areas I'm in, flies can get in and pester you. Not for long with this weapon!

    Dead Bugs

    Just used it this weekend on a camping trip. Worked well on flies and sweat bees. A bee and yellow jacket took more than one shot. First shots at what the directions say is the perfect 27" (and have the laser lined up to that). I always take the next shot at 3-4" as I don't want a stingy thing getting mad at me. One took 3 shots. It doesn't seem to clear all the salt out of the cartridge, so maybe they have absorbed a little moisture? But I took them directly out of the package and everything was kept out of the weather. I still like it and plan on using it on my deck. Just going to try and get closer to stinging things.

    I love the look, and feel, and power of this vermin killer!! Fall is here and targets are getting scarce. But I think I'm going to really enjoy this pistol. The power is so much more than my 3.0 Black Fly unit. Hope the CO2 cartridge doesn't leak out too quick. Very limited shooting so far, but so far so good. Very satisfied.
